Kay Spears is one of the region’s top nutritionists with a Masters in Science and Nutrition. Kay opened Balanced Health Healing Center in 2011 and has been in practice since 2002 customizing personal, physical and spiritual lifestyles through addressing clients individual health needs and not just coping with disease with medication.
Chef Andrew has been a chef for over 25 years and has spent more than a decade working on gourmet nutrition, educating clients on making healthy food delicious and easy to prepare. His publication, Healthy Gourmet: educates the client on label reading, positive alternatives, substitutions, dining out and recipes.
